The product might've been good at the start but every iteration after seems to make it more complex and unusable. There's been a problem with the logic of the Scheduler since the very first iterations, and after 15 months it is still not fixed. Development and support is pretty much useless. You can't use a product that doesn't run when it's supposed to... Not in a production environment.
